Portfolio Growth
As the year has come to a close, Elise Capital is proud to announce the expansion of our hotel portfolio taking place in this past quarter. Occurring in mid-November, the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Birmingham, Alabama was acquired as a joint venture with The 26co. The 99 key property will be managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, a third party hotel management group. Future plans for the asset is to complete a full interior renovation inclusive of guest rooms and public amenity space. This acquisition is a milestone in the expansion of Elise Capital bringing together new and veteran investors into the Elise Capital partnership community.

Portfolio Development: Our pipeline continues to remain active with new hotel acquisitions. New deals are currently in the works with a focus on diversifying brand representation to include IHG and Marriott hotel assets. Stay up to date by joining our priority deal alert listing.
Advisory Expansion: With more robust advisory services in 2023, we're here to successfully guide you through your acquisition process. Our advisory services will expand from individual underwritings to portfolio valuations, due diligence services and deal structure strategies.
Incubator Launch: Our incubator program unlocks access to education and advisory on your journey to ownership. Launching in Spring of 2023, our incubator program will guide, advise and coach participants through each stage of the hotel acquisition process. From acquisition strategies to structuring deals, we look forward to unlocking the pathways to hotel ownership.
