The road to year 5!
Founded in 2019, this fall will mark the 5th year anniversary of Elise Capital! This past quarter we shared our annual update highlighting our accomplishments and outlining our vision for the future of the company.
In our five years in business we have seen many changes in market volatility. One thing that remained constant is you, our community. As we embark on this next chapter of closing on our fourth hotel acquisition and entering year five, we are excited to be able to put a new focus in Q3 with more opportunities to connect.
Live Webinar Events
With Education at our foundation, we will be presenting a two part webinar series on hotel investments. Session one will kick off on Thursday July 11th to further your deal working knowledge of understanding hotel investment returns. Join us the following week Thursday July 18th as we discuss leveraging your retirement funds for hotel investments. We hope you can join us for both or one of these sessions. All sessions will be recorded and distributed to registered participants.
In Person Deal Reviews
For the first time ever, we will be hosting TWO in person deal review meetings. For those of you who are committed to the goal of hotel investing this year, we invite you to join us for a Coffee and Deals meet up. Unable to meet us in person? Underwriting Bootcamp
Saturday July 20th we will be hosting a half day hotel investment underwriting bootcamp. In this intensive session we will take a deep dive into the analytics of how to view a market, understand financial opportunities and determine deal feasibility. Participants in this hybrid live and virtual session will leave equipped to tackle their own deal reviews.

The National Association of Black Hotel Owners, Operators and Developers 28th annual Hotel Ownership & Investment Summit & Trade Show takes place this July 24-26th in Miami, FL.
The inaugural Hospitality Hued conference brings together industry professionals of all backgrounds for a forum to connect, support and excel as leaders in our fields August 7-8th in New Orleans, LA
